When the parks were closed, Kirk was describing eating a Dole Whip on a bench on Main Street, U.S.A. and Rain said “We Had It So Good.” It became a segment in which members of the Tram Fam write in with things they miss about Disneyland.

After the parks opened, We Had It So Good evolved into We Have It So Good, combining Disneyland memories and appreciation for what we have.

Kirk, Kev, and their cousin Aram used to say “We Jammin’” to say “on my way” in reference to Bob Marley’s Jammin’. On every tram ride into the park, Kirk would record out of the side of the tram, put it in his Instagram story with Bob Marley’s Jammin’, and caption it: “We Trammin’” When the time came to name the show, Rain suggested Trammin’, and there was no going back.

Colin Moriarty & Last Stand Media have a show called “Sacred Symbols, A PlayStation Podcast,” which was the inspiration for our subtitle. Having the word PlayStation or Disneyland as part of the title helps with search results. Simple as that.

When coming up with the art, we said “we’ve gotta put the yellow line in there” since that’s where you stand waiting for the tram. Now it’s our identity.

We wanted to start the show as silly as possible, referencing the prequel meme of Obi-Wan Kenobi’s line from Revenge of the Sith. We never stopped. Turns out it’s an inclusive way to greet listeners & viewers of all gender identities, ages, and so on. All are welcome here.

Kirk & Rain grew up playing Kingdom Hearts. It’s the beautifully ridiculous mashup of Disney and Final Fantasy. It’s probably the reason for our obsession with Winnie the Pooh.

Rain used Pooh’s phrase “Oh Bother” in the intro of our episode about The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. It’s stuck around like honey.

Firstly, Kirk doesn’t like musicals. Secondly, Lin-Manuel Miranda’s rapping style and voice are pure cringe. “But doesn’t Kirk love the American Revolutions?” you may ask. Yes! But there are better ways to consume it than a musical.

Rain hates mayo. Unless it’s in coleslaw and sometimes potato salad. Don’t overthink it, he’s making progress.
